David Gridley:
Founder Shareholder & Special Adviser (British)
Over 20 years experience in the Wealth Management sector and with previous extensive experience in the field of travel and tourism. Philanthropist. Has held roles of Chairman, Deputy Chairman and Trustee of various UK charities.
Bentry Kalanga:
Shareholder & Managing Director (Malawian)
Over 20 years experience working in the International Development sector with extensive experience in education, conservation and participatory community development. Has held key roles with World Vision International, World Learning, and African Revival. MSc in Strategic Management and BEd in Geography & History.
Mathias Zalinga:
Director & Project Procurement Manager (Malawian)
Skilled negotiator & facilitator with comprehensive practical experience & knowledge of Malawi, particularly the workings of the local & national government. Experienced tour guide with an in-depth knowledge of Malawian archaeology & a specialist interest in native rock-art.
The Board of Directors are supported by the wider Tongole team including staff and shareholders. This team includes Matt, Andy and Simon from Blue Forest (UK) Ltd who are providing specialist design and consultancy services to the project. On the ground the project is being managed by Shirley and Vaughan Volker, Zane Volker, Craig Barlow Construction Services and Chris Rollins Engineering Services.
